B.T. Mancini ran into a fairly typical collapsing construction schedule. Installation windows narrowed due to the need for other trades requirements on the project soon after the floorcoverings were laid.
After priming, leveling began using UZIN NC 150. Because NC 150 left a cover ready surface, no post-preparation was needed, providing the required fast turnaround time to installation and completion. The other added benefits to B.T. Mancini was the savings of additional labor costs that would have been needed for post-preparation in order to make the surface ready for installation.
