Consumption calculator

A water based, pressure sensitive adhesive suitable for the installation of all types of modular carpet tile, LVT and LVP, VET, and vinyl backed broadloom carpet. UZIN KE 24 PS provides a secure, releasable* adhesive bond and can receive light traffic immediately. Suitable for use over porous and nonporous substrates, UZIN KE 24 PS is easily applied by roller or trowel depending on the floor covering installation requirements.

* Dry, pressure sensitive installations only. The releasable feature will not work with foambacked products.

Applications

Suitable for:

  • Interior use only
  • LVT, LVP and VET
  • Carpet tile (textured & smooth backed)*
  • Vinyl backed broadloom carpet*
  • Fiberglass Sheet Goods*
  • Interior residential-apartments, condominiums, multi-family housing
  • Interior heavy commercial-offices, hospitals, schools, universities, libraries, and government buildings

Suitable on:

  • Porous and nonporous substrates
  • APA underlayment grade plywood and OSB
  • Association grade particleboard
  • Cement based self-leveling compounds and patching compounds
  • Existing well bonded non-cushion-backed vinyl, tile and sheet flooring
  • Properly prepared and primed gypsum substrates that meet the ASTM F2419 requirements for compressive strength*
  • Concrete and radiant heated subfloors (hydronic or electric) that do not exceed 85 °F (30 °C)
  • Terrazzo & VCT (properly prepared with all waxes and surface finishes removed)

* Dependent on floor covering manufacturer’s requirements.

* Coverage is approximate and could vary depending on substrate porosity and the angle at which trowel is held. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor / installer to determine the proper porosity of the subfloor, apply the proper amount of adhesive for the job conditions and ensure that all instructions, procedures and practices are strictly adhered to.
